The Red Hill Baker uses traditional baking methods for all breads including Sourdoughs, Turkish, Ciabatta and our unique Wine Bread. The bread is baked on a stone oven floor. All pastries are trans fat free and the gourmet pie fillings are slow braised then oven roasted. The range of handmade cakes are produced on the premises using the finest of ingredients.

Our bakeries present a variety of freshly baked dishes including Pies, Quiches, Fritattas, Bruschettas, Soup and Baker’s Platters. Our cafe at Balnarring reflects the best of the land and the sea with sumptuous dishes prepared by our chef. Delightfully fresh Seafood including fresh Calamari served with Salad and Shoestring Chips. Our Bakery / Cafes are licensed to serve Beers and local Wines. We have our famous Woodfired Pizzas every Sunday at Red Hill and Balnarring.


We put together a range of finger food for parties and special occasions, including Pastries and Savoury and Sweet Platters to suit your requirements. Delivery can also be arranged. Contact us for further details.
